This Privacy Policy explains what data ClipNova ("we", "our", "us") collects when you visit our website or sign up for our waitlist, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the product, we don't sell your data, and you can email us at contact@clipnova.io to access or delete anything we hold.
Account & waitlist data, when you join the early-access list at /start, we collect the first name, last name, email address, optional company name, and the use-case you select. We also record which language version of the site you signed up from and a timestamp.
Contact form, when you send a message through /contact, we receive the name, email, optional company, and message body you submitted. These are delivered to our team inbox via Resend.
Usage data, basic, non-identifying analytics (page views, referrers, anonymised device type) help us improve the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
To contact you about the launch and respond to the questions you send us.
To improve ClipNova: aggregated usage data helps us understand which pages and tools matter most.
To meet legal obligations, for example, complying with valid requests from authorities.
We will never sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.
Waitlist entries are retained until you ask us to delete them or for up to 24 months after launch, whichever comes first. Contact form messages are kept in our inbox for up to 12 months for support history.
Under GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@clipnova.io with the address you signed up with. We respond within 30 days.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date below and, when meaningful, notify users on the waitlist by email.
